The Fine Print

 

No Smoking. This includes vaping, opium, and marijuana. 

 

Breakfast is available upon request at the time of reservation. 

$26.50 per person. Breakfast is served to your room. 

 

We require a two-night minimum for all rooms. Single night rentals are available for an additional $120.

 

Prices do not include HST (13%) & MAT (4%). 

 

All prices are based on double-occupancy. 

 

For each additional guest over the age of 3, a $30 fee applies.

 

CHILDREN

 

Our suites are not child-proofed. Children are welcome, however we do not provide cribs, high chairs or other furniture. 

 

PETS

 

For our Fireplace Suite, a minimum fee of $50 per animal applies for pets (this excludes Service Animals). For longer stays, please contact your host. A valid credit card number will be held in case of damage. Should a pet damage the suite or property, the owner takes full financial responsibility for said damages. 

 

Animals are not to be left unattended.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

The Outside Inn has a 72-hour cancellation policy in place.

 

Should your plans change and you are no longer able to join us, please contact us. Guests are required to cancel reservations 72-hours prior to 2:00PM of their expected arrival date to avoid a fee. 

Cancellation fees are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
